A Good Read

Been missing the past few issues of Harakah print due one reason or another. However, I did manage to get the latest issue date 8-11 Ramdhan (8-11 September), and as usual immersed myself into the English Section while leaving the rest to Emak. And I am so glad I did get to do so as I do love to read Fan Yew Teng and LanH.

Soon after reading ES, I tried clicking the English Section at Readscentral, but found that the address is now just another link to harakahdaily; the ES, seem to have been taken off for the moment...I hope. Kind of disappointed as I wanted to link or copy FYT's article to my Islamic and Interesting Reads, one of the blogs I have neglected since last March 8.

Anyway, I've scanned the article regarding Italy and Libay's past and put it up here, and in this entry here too. I know many of my friends do buy and read Harakah, but for those who does not, perhaps they may want to read this article which I find moving; just click on the text images to read. InsyAllah, soon after Aidil Fitri, I will continue updating IIR.

Even once great bullies could be humbled. Wonder when the present big bully here in our own land would.

salam shah. erm. kalau emak saya beli harakah, saya juga akan baca ES ni dulu.

kalau disusuri sejarah, terlalu banyak aggresors. ntah lah.

Bro', I love FYT and LanH too... In fact LanH is closer to me than my own blood brother. Yes, we were classmates for five years in boarding school. And we know more about each other tahn even our wives or family will ever know. And I'll always be proud of that. He thinks (rightly) I'm too secular bro', destined for a one-way ticket. Kalau jumpa jer bila ada reunion ke apa, he gives me this sad look, "Salos, ko ni bila lagi? Bila lagi what!?

I always feign ignorance..my jahil-ness.. buat titiu.. :(

Salam Cikgu,

Newton laws of physics says 'What goes up, must come down'. InsyAllah, the present regime will...soon.

Salam MS,

Lol! I totally forgot about you and LanH being in MC together. InsyAllah, I will mention to him next when we speak. But, if you consider yourself jahil, then the guy writing this must be worse! ;)

Sala Shah

A request. Can you research this Genghiz Khan story and 'statement' and write an entry about it? I'm intersted to know.

Salam kerpie,

Yo bro, only reply I can think of is 'lol!'. Its OK if you don't give it much thought.

Salam ydiana,

Alamak! Hmm...me and my large, tapping, fingers!

OK. I remember reading about it sometime back in a book but can't remember the title. I also tried goggling it but yet to find anything. But many of the people in the caucus region have Monggol blood in them - many but not all, ye.

Hmm...kena cari balik buku buku lama ni. Jom, kita cari bersama :)
